Sons and Lovers is the fourth studio album by the British singer and harmonica player Paul Jones. The album was released in 1967 and features a mix of blues, folk, and pop songs.

The album opens with the upbeat and catchy "I Can't Hold On" which sets the tone for the rest of the album. Jones' harmonica skills are showcased in the bluesy "The Dog Presides" and the soulful "I've Been a Bad, Bad Boy".
